Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by buas33, you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the buas33 platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP members.

Member Eligibility
To register and use buas33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration. buas33 does not permit registration or use of the platform by any individual under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- Location: buas33 services are intended for users in Malaysia. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of this platform does not violate any local laws or regulations in your area.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- Non-buas33 Employees: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of buas33 staff are not permitted to register a gaming account.
- One Account Only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
Warning: buas33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to verify age eligibility will be suspended until verification is complete, and any winnings obtained during that period may be voided.
Account Registration & KYC
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure without a refund.
- Your full name must match your official identification document (MyKad or passport).
- An active and reachable phone number and email address are required.
- Each account may only be linked to one phone number, one email address, and one primary payment method.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. buas33 will never request your password through any channel.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Process: buas33 conducts identity verification to meet international security standards. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, proof of current address, and bank account details. All documents are processed in a secure environment protected by AES-256 encryption.
Deposit & Withdrawal
Buas33 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:
- Deposit Methods: FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers to Malaysian bank accounts.
- Minimum Deposit Amount: RM 20 per transaction. No daily maximum limit is set for regular members.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and your account's KYC verification status.
- Withdrawal Account: Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Transaction Fee: buas33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply a small charge that is beyond buas33's control.
Withdrawal Policy: Your first withdrawal will undergo additional security checks for fraud prevention purposes. This process typically takes one to two business days for new members.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by buas33 are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated in each offer. The general conditions applicable to all promotions are as follows:
- Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus has its own wagering requirement before wins can be withdrawn. These conditions are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
- Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
- One Bonus at a Time: By default, members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus cancellation and closure of the relevant accounts.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Please check the details of each promotion for game contribution information.
- buas33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the platform's absolute discretion.
Game Rules
All games available on the buas33 platform are operated using a random number generator (RNG) verified by internationally accredited testing bodies. The general game rules are as follows:
- Final Decision: All game results recorded by the buas33 system are final and cannot be disputed unless a confirmed technical failure is proven to have occurred.
- Technical Failure: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, buas33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original wager amount to the member's account.
- Sports Betting: All sports bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. buas33 reserves the right to void bets accepted in error due to technical faults or incorrect information.
- Game Restrictions: buas33 reserves the right to restrict or block access to certain games without prior notice based on technical requirements or applicable regulations.
- Game Fairness: All buas33 casino games use RNG technology that is regularly audited to ensure fairness and true randomness in every round.
Member Conduct
Buas33 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play, place bets, or exploit any platform feature.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or modify buas33 systems in any way.
- Use of profane, threatening, or harassing language in live chat or customer support channels.
- Sharing account login credentials with any third party.
- Any form of fraud, player collusion, or unauthorized bet coordination.
- Attempting to launder money through gaming activity on the buas33 platform.
Consequences of Violation: Any violation of the member conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending wins and bonuses, and possible legal action in serious cases.
Account Closure & Suspension
Buas33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
- Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
- False or inaccurate registration information.
- Suspected activities related to fraud, money laundering, or security threats.
- Account closure request submitted by the member themselves through customer support channels.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the buas33 customer support team. Valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, buas33 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the buas33 platform.
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond buas33's control, including network outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
- Third-party content or links that may appear within the platform.
Buas33's total liability to any member in any situation is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Terms Amendment
Buas33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with business needs, legal changes, or platform improvements.
Members will be notified of any material amendments through:
